Cyber Incident/Covid-19 Update
Due to the current state of the UK postal services, please allow extra times for packages to arrive. If there is any problem with your order don't hesitate to get in contact with me. However, once an order is shipped out please keep in mind there is not much I can do unless you have upgraded to tracked shipping – the current state of the post offices is out of my control.
Processing times
We aim to process all orders within 2-7 days within purchase. (Excluding preorder items) Processing times in busy months may take up to 8-10 days to process.
Lost packages:
For all of our packages we offer a wide variety of shipment methods. A tracking number will not be provided unless the method you selected at checkout was tracked.
In case of non-tracked packages, we are not responsible for lost packages as mentioned in the checkout page.
When the estimated shipping times have passed, we can claim a lost package complaint with the shipping company. It can take up to 3 weeks for them to get back to us on the status of your package. If they claim your package as lost, we offer 2 options - refunding your package or sending you a replacement.

Economy: ~6-12 weeks
