Will my order have a tracking number?
If you would like a tracking number for your order, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout. After purchase you will be emailed with tracking information to see where your package is. If your package hasn't been shipped yet and you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, you can email me at support@teasuii.com.
My package hasn't arrived yet! What should I do?
If the estimated shipping times have already passed, and your package still has not showed up, please contact us at support@teasuii.com with your order number. We will contact the shipping company to find out the status of your order & offer a solution depending on the outcome.
Pin grading
Please keep in mind everyone grades pins differently, so it may differ from other pin makers.
A grade pins in my shop will be near perfect - the best of the batch! - May include small scratches, small dents, misaligned screen-print, etc.
B grade pins are pins with scratches, missing enamel, missing screenprint, extra colourings etc., stuff you can see upon close inspection
C grade pins are pins with major flaws that are visible even from further away, I will only have these for sale sometimes.
These rules may change with dyed enamel pins or special effect pins.
Preorders
Any items marked as a preorder item are items that are currently not in-hand. The sales for preorder items will help them be funded. In some cases, if there is not enough preorders the item will not be made and everyone will be issued a refund.
These can take from 1 month to 12 months to be fulfilled depending on the item. Please keep this in mind while purchasing preorder items.
I don't allow refunds/cancellations for preorder items.
Any items bought together with preorder items will be put on hold until we have the item in hand. Please purchase any other items separately if you do not want to wait.
Combined orders
If you place multiple orders from my shop, I can partially refund you the shipping costs. Please make sure to get in touch as soon as possible as I will not be able to do this after an item has shipped.
